This Privacy Notice explains how Beaufo collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our app. Beaufo is designed as a lightweight date countdown and reminder tool for important dates, timelines, and related content. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to keeping data handling transparent, limited, and purpose-driven.
By using Beaufo, you understand that certain information may be stored on your device, processed by our systems to provide app functionality, and retained only as needed to support your chosen features, accountless use, reminders, history, and app operations.
Information you provide: When you create or edit a date item, you may enter an event title, target date, category, notes, reminder time, repeat rule, theme settings, and optional background image. You may also submit support messages or feedback.
Information collected automatically: We may collect limited technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, diagnostic logs, and basic usage events needed to keep the app functioning properly.
Cookies and similar technologies: Beaufo may use cookies or similar local technologies only where needed for essential app or web-based functions, such as remembering preferences, maintaining session state, or improving stability. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your information may be processed or stored in different regions depending on where our infrastructure providers operate and where our internal systems are located. This means data may be transferred across national or regional boundaries to support hosting, storage, backup, security, maintenance, or technical processing.

Beaufo is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that we have received personal information from a child under 17, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as practicable.

Beaufo does not use third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing, if any feature requires it in the future, is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We do not send user-uploaded content to external AI providers. Any temporary processing data used during AI-related operations is deleted after processing is completed and is not used for model training, model fine-tuning, or optimization.
We do not use user data to train models, improve third-party systems, or create AI datasets for anyone outside our organization.

Third parties are not permitted to use data for advertising, user profiling, AI training, model optimization, their own purposes, redistribution, or independent access to user content. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data.

These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, secure hosting practices, logging, monitoring, and limited internal access on a need-to-know basis.

Beaufo does not perform facial recognition, facial analysis, biometric identification, face template creation, or biometric profiling. We do not intentionally collect biometric information for authentication or identity verification.
If any image is processed for a feature you use, it is handled only for that feature’s intended purpose and temporary processing data is deleted after processing is completed.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain information associated with your use of Beaufo. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to any limitations required to provide the app’s core functions.
You can manage or delete saved items within the app where available. For additional requests, you may contact us using the email listed below. We may need to verify your request before taking action to protect your privacy and security.
By downloading, accessing, or using Beaufo, you agree to the collection, use, and handling of information described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with this policy, you should stop using the app and discontinue any related services.
